The Pesticide Use Permitting System (PUPS) is managed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Agricultural Environmental Services (AES), to support the regulation of restricted-use pesticides and protect Florida’s agricultural resources, environment, and public health.
This portal is intended for licensed pesticide applicators to submit applications and manage pesticide use permits. PUPS currently supports Aldicarb and may expand to additional pesticide programs in the future.
